3.1 Registration Data: When you create a ph82 account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, email address, registered Philippine mobile number, and username.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data: To comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), we may collect copies of Philippine government-issued identification documents (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID), proof of address documents, and selfie photographs for liveness verification.
3.3 Financial Data: We collect transaction records, deposit and withdrawal history, payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash mobile number, bank account last four digits), and wallet balances. We do not store full bank account numbers, card numbers, or GCash PINs.

8.3 Technical log data and session records are retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months unless required for an ongoing investigation or dispute resolution.

12.2 Age verification is conducted during account registration. If ph82 determines that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that data will be immediately deleted and the account suspended.
